Quintessence consulting, by virtue of having done projects of all kinds and sizes, managed to accumulate vast knowledge on the working models of different companies. This experience helped in providing consultancy services to companies that were trying to experiment with different business models.

One such experimental project was to build a network of Home Based Recruiters (HBRs) for an IT consulting service organization, based out of US. This experimental project was undertaken to evaluate whether or not such a network can minimize costs incurred on full-time technical recruiters and other overheads. Quintessence made this initiative a great success!

With the success of this experimental project, the same company wanted Quintessence to consider working on another business aspect for one of its sister concerns. Here the objective was to understand the existing business development process by being a part of the existing team for a stipulated time and evaluating further value addition and profitability, if possible.
