Building Partners network in the US

With the great success achieved in building a HBR network, Quintessence Consulting was all geared up for another challenge which was to build a network of Sales Partners in US market for selling web-based software development services. Here the assigned task for Quintessence was to build a long-term relationship with the prospects and ensure repeat business from them, while concentrating on building new partners.

Some of the partners introduced by Quintessence gave the company a large chunk of projects and are still continuing with their relationships with the organization. Few of the partners also wanted Quintessence to consider acting as a vendor for some of their other lines of businesses.
